Sorry for all the silly emails that you may have received. I’ve been working on alternative methods for getting posts published when we do not have cell phones or WiFi available. We have a short wave radio on board that we can use for long range voice communication. In fact, my brother Kurt also has this type of radio in Michigan and we chat often. Another use of the radio is to send and receive email. This post is being sent over the radio to a receiver in the States. The receiver forwards the email to svEcho.com where it is published. I don’t think I can get access to any comments using this method, but it should be useful for updates when we are really out in the boonies.
