After one more check of the weather tomorrow morning, we plan to depart Virgin Gorda for passage to St Lucia. The first part of the journey involves making about 60 miles east into east winds and seas to cross the Anegada Passage. Conditions are not ideal, but good enough we think. If the going gets too rough, we will simply make an 180 degree turn and run back to the BVI.
One we get across, the plan is turn a little more south east and reach along the west side of the Leeward Islands down to St. Lucia. We should arrive by Thursday afternoon if not sooner.
